The Technical Support team is looking to expand by adding CNC Application Engineers who are driven to provide solutions to manufacturing problems for our global customer base. Provide Technical Support & Training on the BobCAD-CAM product line via phone, email, chat, user forums and other social media platforms Provide customer software product demonstrations Provide Post Processor support, development, and customization Apply knowledge to help assist with complex 4 & 5 axis concepts in the software Engagement with the Development team to report issues Use and creation of documentation to help resolve issues and define processes Maintain client relationships and ensure customer success by maintaining high standards on solutions delivered Other duties as assigned

Technical Equipment Sales Company is a division of Morris Group, Inc., one of the largest machine tool distribution networks in North America.
Job Responsibilities

As an Applications Engineer, you are responsible for the part programming of CNC Machine Tools, process development, and customer training in an industrial environment, using state-of-the-art equipment. Other duties include, but are not limited to:

Conductingpre-sale activities and reviews including customer visits, evaluationof opportunities, machine assessment and recommendations, part processingrecommendations and assist in development of turnkey proposals Reviewpart processing and generate cycle time estimates on customeropportunities Programmingand setting up CNC lathes, CNC vertical or horizontal mills, and Swissstyle lathes Developing/implementing custom demonstrations and training customers in the safe setup and operation of CNC machining centers, lathes, Swiss style lathes and/or multi-tasking machines Post-saleimplementation of processes and where applicable, turnkey solutions,including set-up and part run-off to customer requirements Maintainingan in-depth technical knowledge of product lines represented by thecompany Participatein seminars, trade shows and training sessions to stay apprised of newdevelopments in the field
