Multiple Openings, Remote to start with expectation of onsite in the future. Client is targeting early fall. Preference for NX and Zuken E3.

Must have strong cable harness experience.

ELECTRICAL DESIGNER, CABLE & WIRE HARNESS We are looking for a professional with strong skills in CAD and a desire in packaging wire harnesses and electronic modules. The ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS: ? Understanding of mechanical and electronic parts, components, and Bill of Materials (BOM). ? Understanding of wiring, schematic, and interconnect diagram. ? Must have basic drafting knowledge: dimensioning and view projections. ? Willingness to learn required software on the job: E3 Zuken, SAP, MS Office ? Ability to read and comprehend electrical component specification and validate proper usage as per design requirements. ? Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and find solutions to meet deadlines. ? Good interpersonal and communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: ? AA degree in an Engineering discipline or CAD Certifications. ? Cable & wire harness hands-on experience is a plus. ? Familiarity with SAP, E3 Zuken, NX 3D model. ? Knowledge of IPC-620 (Requirements & Acceptance for Cable & Wire, Harness Assemblies) ? Knowledge of engineering specifications (ANSI, ASME, MIL-STD-XXX) is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES: • Design manufacturing documents in E3 Zuken CAD software (wire list, cable & wire harness assembly, enclosure schematics, and system interconnect diagram). ? Create Bill of Materials (BOM) ? Interact with cross-functional team members on design concepts and progress. ? Support electrical engineering team on components for new cable/harness designs. ? Attention to detail and accuracy is a MUST. ? Perform other duties as assigned.

Designer CADDevelop, provide and update detailed original 3D CAD, drawings, die layouts for all Battery products including high temperature thermal insulators, dielectric insulators, etc.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop, provide and update detailed original 3D CAD, drawings, die layouts for all Battery products including high temperature thermal insulators, dielectric insulators, etc. Provide other CAD drawings as required for engineering release.

• Support OEM and Tier 1 customer meetings and communicate CAD design status proficiently. Strong communication skills preferred.

• Project/product feasibility input and CAD summary to assist in quoting and communication to Sales department

• Provide technical supervision and guidance to group personnel relating to CAD activities

• Assist in the setup and ongoing operation of all software and hardware associated with CAD and customer PLM systems with support of Engineering IT personnel

• Attend all required training evaluations necessary to maintain proficiency in use of existing and planned CAD equipment. Attend CAD user group meetings as required.

• Other additional duties assigned by the manager.

• Immediately report any unsafe act or condition.

Education

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a design related field.• Must have extensive computer aided design experience with emphasis in surfacing and solids• Must have working knowledge of GD&T• Experience utilizing project management software, spreadsheet and word processing software• Excellent communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills• Ability to work independently with present and future customers• Ability to lead a project from conception to completion• Ability to lead other engineers in determining unique design solutions for customer needs• CATIA and NX preferred• 2 yr. Associates degree or higher preferred• Training will take approximately 2-6 months.

**Your Opportunity**

The role of a CAD Designer is to work as a team member on large projects under close guidance and supervision. Work will include performing a variety of tasks which may include assisting with plans of large scale industrial facilities. May be involved in client interface if desired.

This role may be fully remote from anywhere in the US or can sit on site in Denver, Colorado.

**Your Key Responsibilities**

+ Uses knowledge of tools and drafting to complete assigned tasks including 2D and 3D model development, completing design changes, general arrangement drawing production, redlining, plotting, and drafting using CAD platforms.

+ Will work closely with engineers and senior designers on assigned projects.

+ Performs other duties of a similar nature and level as assigned.

**Qualifications**

**Your Capabilities and Credentials**

+ Understands basics of 2D Software and knowledge of CAD standards. Experience with 3D platforms considered a plus.

+ Basic knowledge of software programs with Autodesk and Bentley platforms, primarily AutoCAD, Civil 3D.

+ Proficient with Microsoft (MS) Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Pro.

+ Developing cooperative skills in working efficiently with a team.

+ Effective written and verbal communication skills.

+ Able to work under and meet tight deadlines.

+ Strong organizational skills, along with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and demonstrate a flexible approach to work assignments.

**Education and Experience**

Associate's degree or technical diploma/certificate in a related program with a minimum 2 years of related work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.

Typical office environment working with computers at a desk for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.
