+ Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Service Management
+ The CCS shall maintain current certification as a Certified Cloud Security Professional. Possesses the ability to work independently with substantial cloud computing security knowledge.
+ The assessor must have the essential skillsets to identify, manage and resolve cloud computing security risk and implement "best practices" as applied within a cloud environment (across all of the different deployment and service models, and derivatives).
**Other Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Investigates computer and information security incidents to determine extent of compromise to national security information and automated information systems.
+ Defines security objectives and system-level performance requirements.

The base pay range for this position is:
$93,680 - $128,810
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Overview
This is the first of the two technical coordination levels within the Engineering Technician classification series. This position is primarily responsible for supporting the coordination of the technical aspects of transportation projects and programs. Depending on the division and discipline of TDOT where this classification is used, its work could be relegated to project specific activities; data analysis and reporting; compliance and contract fulfilment; sampling, testing, surveying, and calculation; and traffic, work zone, and work site safety. In this role you will utilize the latest techniques in artificial intelligence and computer vision, working on confidential projects that will impact Entefy's suite of products. This is highly challenging work that will engage your deep understanding of algorithms to build never-before-seen machine intelligence.

Solid fundamentals in mathematics, statistics, and machine learning theory
Minimum 3 years of commercial experience (or equivalent) in computer vision
Demonstrable proficiency in at least one applicable programming language such as Python, C, C++, Java
Proficient knowledge of and experience with image classification, segmentation, or captioning
Proficiency in image/video processing and computer vision tools such as PIL/Pillow, GraphicsMagick, FFmpeg, OpenCV, SimpleCV, etc.
Proficiency in machine learning tools such as TensorFlow, Keras, Caffe, Theano, MLLib, Torch, etc.
Other Qualifications
Experience with modern deep learning techniques in CV including convolutional networks, residual networks, attentional models, etc.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or Computational Linguistics
Experience with parallel computing technologies such as OpenMP, CUDA, OpenACC, MPI
Experience with big data and distributed computing technologies such as Hadoop, MapReduce, Spark, Storm, etc.
Demonstrable proficiency in more than one applicable programming languages is a plus

Responsibilities
The Computer Engineer I will provide support to the Naval Surface Warfare Command in Philadelphia, PA. Shall provide expert technical, engineering and software development, testing and software maintenance support services to NSWCPD for cybersecurity improvements to U.S. Navy platforms to include Propulsion, Electrical Plant, Machinery Control, Steering Control, Navigation, Shipboard Network Systems, and other shipboard control systems related to the development, implementation and execution of the Navy's acquisition and modernization programs.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer, Electrical or Electronics Engineering or Mathematics with field in concentration in computer science from an accredited university.
Work Experience: Required one (1) year of experience in the development, updating, or testing of computer software or hardware.
Certification: Must have one of the following certifications: CCNA-Security, CySA+ **, Security+ CE, GICSP, GSEC, CND or SSCP
Security Clearance: Requires U.S. Citizenship and an active government security clearance.
