EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED), Journeyman level knowledge (5-7 years min.) of CNC Mill work required. Organizes workflow in terms of priority, material, speed, and program load efficiently to meet production needs. Overhead crane operations. Adherence to all work safety policies, procedures and governing requirements. Requirements: Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 4+ years experience as a Structural Steel or Miscellaneous Metals as a CNC Machine Operator. Minimum of 3 years proven ability to use & troubleshoot technology, read, interpret, and create from shop drawings. Must have working experience with CNC steel fabrication software. Must be committed to organizational safety. Must have the ability to work independently as well as a team structure. Ability to work year round in extreme temperature variations. Must have reliable transportation, ideally within a 25 mile radius.
