The Principal Applications Engineer is the first line of support for our customer experience. What You Will Contribute:
Using a 5 axis Mill turn machine to complete complex parts
Aerospace experience in materials, feeds and speeds, processing and setup is a requirement
Making accurate engineering reports, and interpreting plans and specifications
Developing/ implementing custom demonstrations and training customers in the safe set up and operation of CNC machining centers, lathes, or multi-tasking machines
Possessing and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of machine tool industry and product lines represented by the company
Provide technical support to existing customers
Documentation for engineering systems
Customer part programs and training.

Machine Operation: Operate CNC machines, lathes, milling machines, grinders, and other machinery to fabricate metal parts or products.
Set-Up: Set up machines according to job specifications, including selecting the appropriate tools, loading materials, and adjusting machine settings.
Quality Control: Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Adjust machine settings as necessary to maintain accuracy and precision.
Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
