What We're Looking For (Must Haves):
5+ years of experience in manufacturing or engineering.
5+ years of CAD/CAM programming experience.

Ability to accurately interpret blueprints, CAD models, and GD&T.
Hands-on machining knowledge, including setups, tool selection, and proven ability to hold tight tolerances.
Experience with G-code, macros, and CNC machine controls.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or apprenticeship in Tool & Die preferred.
3+ years of experience in tool and die maintenance, preferably in a stamping environment.
Strong understanding of progressive and/or transfer die construction and function.
Proficiency in using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, height gauges).
Skilled in surface grinding, polishing, and manual machining operations.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and die specifications.
Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with CAD/CAM or CNC programming is a plus.
Familiarity with die sensors and in-die protection systems.
Basic welding or brazing skills.
2nd Shift - Mon-Fri 3:00pm - 11:30pm (Ability to train on 1st shift for 2 weeks.)
