Shift: F Shift - Weekend AM Schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (12-hour shifts) Location: Berea, KY Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities Operate CNC machines according to standard work instructions and verbal guidance Use gauges and indicators to inspect product dimensions and ensure compliance with quality specifications Identify and report nonconforming products; determine good vs. no-good (NG) parts Assist with basic tool changes and fixture adjustments as needed Perform visual and manual inspections for defects or irregularities in workmanship Record production data daily for use by quality, engineering, and manufacturing teams Maintain a clean and organized workstation in accordance with 5S principles Follow all work instructions, safety protocols, and environmental regulations (TS16949 / ISO14000) Maintain awareness of hazards and operate machinery safely at all times Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for process enhancement Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Ability to read and understand work instructions and complete simple production documentation Basic math skills Manual dexterity and visual acuity (corrected, if needed) for accurate machine operation and product inspection Ability to perform physical tasks including stooping, bending, and lifting up to 40 lbs Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a production team Acceptable scores on pre-employment assessments Preferred Experience Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial environments Familiarity with mechanical or electronic assembly, or high-speed machine operation Supervisory Responsibilities None Physical Requirements Frequent walking and manual handling throughout the shift Regular lifting of up to 10 lbs; frequent lifting of up to 40 lbs; occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs Standing, reaching, kneeling, and crouching as needed for equipment operation Work Environment Work is performed in a plant environment Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including hats, safety glasses, and steel-toe shoes, is required in designated areas Exposure to machinery and industrial noise Note: Incomplete applications will not be considered.
