Reports to: Department Manager Responsibilities: • Programming, program selection, & program editing on CNC multi-axis turning centers. • Interpret engineering drawings to manufacture parts using CNC machinery • Ability to make correct tool selection for parts manufacture • Demonstrate ability to process work orders independently or with minimal instructions. • Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment • Identify quality, process, machinery, or equipment defects • Delegate Operator tasks, set clear team performance expectations. • Oversee day-to-day shift operation, promoting a Safe work environment. • Improve the quality output of parts and work hands on with the quality department • Implement continual training for teammates. • Troubleshoot equipment when there is a problem. • Other duties as assigned Minimum Educational Qualifications (If Applicable): Not required.
