Identify, troubleshoot, and communicate equipment, process, or quality issues promptly to supervisors or engineering staff. Equipment Care & Safety Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs to ensure optimal machine performance. Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and hazardous-materials handling requirements. The skills required for this role are typically demonstrated by 5 plus years of relevant experience. Five (5) years of experience in a manufacturing environment with CNC programming and machine setup responsibilities. Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (Mastercam, Fusion 360, NX, or equivalent). Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve routine machine, tooling, and programming issues independently. Experience using precision measuring devices and inspection tools.
