Summary:

Requirements
* Set up and operate CNC machinery to fabricate various parts
* Applying knowledge of machine shop theory and procedures, shop mathematics, machinability of materials and setup techniques
* Manage raw material and finished parts inventory in coordination with the Stockroom and Purchasing teams.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Minimum of two (2) years of related CNC machining or programming experience.
* Experience utilizing manual knee mill, CNC vertical/horizontal mills, and other common machine shop equipment
* Ability to program 3-axis minimum (4/5-axis optional) CNC toolpaths from step files and 3D models using CAM software
* Ability to design create and build workholding fixtures/assemblies for use in a manufacturing environment
* Strong CAM programming experience/knowledge. Mastercam, GibbsCAM, or Fusion.
* Experience with Design for Manufacturability and End-use Assembly
* Strong experience/knowledge in complex setups for reworking parts
* Demonstrated knowledge of materials, material strengths, and material uses
* Must have good oral and written communication skills (English)
