Position Summary:
We're seeking highly motivated, skilled and energetic candidates for a Mill Machinist III on second shift.
This role is eligible for a $5,000 sign on bonus.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Setup and operation of manual machine tools as required in support of CNC operations.
Setup and operation of 2 axis CNC horizontal & VTL mills and/or setup and operation of 3, 4, and 5 axis CNC mills.
Organizes, stages, and moves materials as required.
Evaluates and requisitions purchased tooling and supplies.
Requirements
To qualify for this position, an individual must possess the knowledge, training, experience and abilities required as follows:
Education and Training:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
Minimum 12 years of machine tool setup and operation experience in an ISO/AS/MIL STD prototype/job shop environment, utilizing complex documentation and verbal/written instruction.
Additional Requirements:
Overtime may be required.
ITAR Requirements:
This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance. U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance for employment. The hourly range for this role is $35-45 per hour. This position pays a 15% differential rate over base and any time over 40 hours is paid at time and a half. This range represent the anticipated minimum and maximum base + bonus for this position based upon a good faith and reasonable estimate. The final compensation for this position will be set based on the applicant's qualifications (education, training and/or experience related to this role), and therefore, may fall outside the range shown, depending on the circumstances.

Responsibilities
Must be a subject matter expert in the following functions/activities (perform correctly and without assistance):

Interpret complex blueprints, GD&T, and 3D models to execute machining strategies.
Adjust feeds, speeds, tooling, and offsets to optimize quality and efficiency.
Troubleshoot issues related to tooling, setup, and part accuracy independently.
Ensure in-process inspection and first article inspection compliance.
Collaborate with engineers and programmers to refine setups and improve processes.
What You Bring:
5+ years of CNC machining experience, with a strong emphasis on complex setups and first-run parts.
Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, GD&T, and setup sheets.

Maintain Machine shop tooling, consumables and metal stock levels to ensure functionality of the shop.
Operate, set up, and program DNM 5700 CNC to cut spacecraft parts.

We're looking for a skilled CNC Maintenance Technician with deep knowledge of Swiss-style CNC machines to support customers with maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of advanced production equipment.
What You'll Do
Diagnose, repair, and maintain Swiss-style CNC machines or precision CNC lathes
Machine installations and setup
Perform adjustments and repairs of spindles, drives, slides, hydraulic systems, electronic controls, electrical peripherals, and other items
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
Calibrate, adjust, and replace components to ensure precise machine performance
Maintain detailed service records and communicate findings with customers and internal teams
What You Bring
3 or more years maintaining and repairing Swiss-style CNC machines or precision CNC lathes
Knowledge of Fanuc controls.
Strong understanding of spindle rebuilds, ball screw alignments, and servo systems.
Technical training or certification in mechatronics, electro-mechanical systems, automation, robotics, industrial maintenance, fluid power, etc
Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
Willingness to travel locally to customer sites, with 4-6 overnights per month

Machine Operation:
