Prepare financial sensitivities and supporting materials for negotiations with investors, lenders, hyperscalers, and strategic partners.
Partner closely with corporate development and executive leadership on acquisitions, site expansions, and incremental capacity additions.
Investment Analysis & Decision Support
Translate complex technical inputs (power availability, generation profiles, construction phasing) into financial outcomes senior leadership can act on.
Provide fast-turnaround analyses during live negotiations, diligence processes, and investor discussions.
Support underwriting of new builds, expansions, and acquisitions across Amp Z's development pipeline.
Contribute to the formulation and execution of Amp Z's broader financial and capital strategy.
Assist in evaluating customer credit profiles, lease structures, and long-term contractual economics.
Monitor portfolio-level performance, capital efficiency, and return metrics as assets move from development through operations.
Support risk identification and mitigation across financial, structural, and regulatory dimensions.
Tasks/Projects as requested from time to time.
Qualifications
5-12+ years of experience in financial leadership roles within infrastructure, project finance, energy, real assets, or digital infrastructure.
Proven mastery of Excel-based financial modelling, including models built from scratch (no template reliance).
