    Prime Respone Inc, (PRI), is seeking a Computer Operator II to support the NAVSUP Data Office at JBAB by performing data entry, statistical analysis, and clerical tasks related to official mail operations. This role ensures accurate documentation and reporting of mail volumes, costs, and reimbursements, contributing to the efficiency and accountability of Navy\-wide and local mail programs. Job duties include, but are not limited to: Assist in the conducting of Navy\-wide and local USPS mail statistical surveys and specialized programs, and preparation of program reports of mail volumes, savings, transit times, annual revenues, reimbursements and accountability of mail cost. Provide data on the usage of prepaid USPS commercial postage, for the charge\-back process for monetary reimbursement of mail services provided to tenant DOD and Federal activities, as well as DOD contracted private agencies. Maintain positive accountability documentation on all DOD\/DON official mail costs. Create and maintain spreadsheets and data with workload and mail financial data as requested by government and contract leadership. Perform data input and other clerical work which involves the data input processing and the maintenance of records and documents. Ensure timely completion of daily mail count worksheets, monthly reports, and other critical deliverables to maintain continuity of service and meet customer expectations. Support incoming and outgoing mail sorting activities as necessary when workload dictates Serve as designated backup for Data Office responsibilities during any planned or unplanned absences of the primary staff member. Requirements Must have an ACTIVE DoD Secret Security Clearance or the ability to receive and maintain one. Verifiable experience in data entry, clerical support, or mail operations preferred. Government experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
