-Monitor security systems, including CCTV cameras, access control systems, and alarm systems, to detect and respond to security breaches or incidents.
-Maintain situational awareness by observing video surveillance feeds and monitoring system alerts.
-Document and report any suspicious activities, security incidents, or policy violations according to established procedures.
-Respond to emergency situations, such as medical emergencies, fires, security breaches, or other incidents.
-Initiate appropriate emergency protocols and procedures, including contacting emergency services, notifying relevant personnel, and providing assistance as needed.

Salary Range Information
For external applicants who are not current employees of the Massachusetts State Lottery Commission (MSLC), the non-negotiable starting salary for this position is $71,483.64 (Job Grade 21/Step 1).
For current MSLC union employees, the starting salary for this position will be calculated using union promotional rules.
NOTE: Per the bargaining unit contract, the salary for this position will increase by 2% effective January 11, 2026.

Pay is based solely on the number of calls completed.
Calls start at $35 and go up based on distance traveled
Pay period: Every Friday after the first week worked
Tickets are run Monday-Friday during the day shift. Candidates must be regularly available a minimum of 3 weekdays to be considered.
Call volume is variable but is usually 2-5 calls per day
You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you.
You must have a reliable form of transportation and a valid driver's license to run these calls. You will be visiting multiple work sites throughout your day.
You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day.
You must be available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am to code your calls and map out your route for the day.
The manufacturer has completed troubleshooting and shipped a part prior to your ticket being issued to you.
You will confirm service times with the customer in your tech portal. Services will be completed at the customer site (residential and commercial)
You will pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite. Once all calls are completed for the day drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided.

Tickets are run Monday-Friday during the day shift. Candidates must be regularly available a minimum of 3 weekdays to be considered.
Call volume is variable but is usually 2-5 calls per day
You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you.
You must have a reliable form of transportation and a valid driver's license to run these calls. You will be visiting multiple work sites throughout your day.
You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day.
You must be available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am to code your calls and map out your route for the day.
The manufacturer has completed troubleshooting and shipped a part prior to your ticket being issued to you.
You will confirm service times with the customer in your tech portal. Services will be completed at the customer site (residential and commercial)
You will pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite. Once all calls are completed for the day drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided.
Qualifications
Must have prior hands on experience with replacing components on laptops and desktops
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must be comfortable with daily local travel

Engineering services are required for analyses, in-service engineering, prototype development, test and evaluation, and system engineering services in support of Towed, Hull and Sensor System programs. Towed Systems include developmental and in-service towed arrays, tow cables, towed array handling systems and associated signal path components. Hull and Sensor systems include hull mounted arrays, transducers, hydrophones, acoustic windows, outboard electronics, array structures and associated cabling.
This Drafter/CAD Operator works closely with design originators, preparing drawings or computer models of unusual, complex, or original designs that require a high degree of precision, performs unusually difficult assignments requiring considerable initiative, resourcefulness, and drafting expertise. This incumbent assures that anticipated problems in manufacture, assembly, installation, and operation are resolved by the drawing produced, exercises independent judgment in selecting and interpreting data based on knowledge of the design intent.
Requirements
Technical School degree in drafting, illustrating of graphics Arts
7 or more years' experience
U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a security clearance required; current clearance a plus.
