Process daily orders through the billing cycle, send orders to transportation for routing, release orders in the warehouse system for the following day's selection and shipments. Monitor systems during the entire billing process; print all necessary selection labels and reports. Record and communicate billing information to warehouse personnel. Communicate any missing store information to affected stores and warehouse operations. Troubleshoot and resolve printer and copier problems throughout the warehouse. Document and report any unresolved problems to the helpdesk and follow through to a resolution. Perform required printer maintenance on all printers in the billing room and a daily basis as needed. Monitor, inventory and order all paper and label stock for the billing process. Print and distribute reports and assignment tags for the accounting and warehouse operational staff. Monitor all daily EOD and billing jobs and report any unresolved problems to the appropriate departments JOB REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma, College preferred, or equivalent industry experience. 1-3 years' experience with working knowledge of warehouse operations, system support, order processing preferred.
