Under the daily supervision of the Terminal Manager. The Dispatcher/Computer Operator (DCO) will dispatch fuel trucks/drivers as necessary and record fueling activity into the Fuels Manager Defense (FMD) program. Additionally, the DCO will receive flight schedules from each unit operating on base and produce a rough draft of the daily staffing and flight activity for management review and approval.
What You'll Do:
Operate and maintain the Fuels Control Center to include dispatching, maintaining communication with MOCC and expediter.
Know all checklist and Emergency procedures.
Refuel Aircraft on occasion.
Know how to collect data for inventory purposes.
Monitor fuel inventory management systems; maintain delivery schedule for keep-full customers
Use dispatching software to create the daily dispatch of fuel deliveries
Monitor planning board for efficient on-time deliveries
Answer driver calls regarding load requirements and customer calls
Analyze daily product delivery requirements for fuel operations; prepare and assign driver work schedules, while maximizing equipment utilization; route deliveries to minimize delays caused by customer requirements and issues and traffic congestion
Provide an excellent service experience for customers: investigate and take necessary action to quickly resolve customer service issues
Immediately report and document all accidents, injuries, spills, mixes, security issues, unsafe conditions or other incidents to the Health and Safety Manager.
Create and maintain a Safety Culture; ensure all transportation operations comply with all facility, company, state and federal rules and DOT regulations
On a daily basis maintain accurate fleet availability
Prepare and submit reports or other verifying documentation as required for both local contract requirements and Versar requirements.

Job Details:
This is a 1099/per call position
Pay is based solely on the number of calls completed.
Calls start at $35 and go up based on distance traveled
Pay period: Every Friday after the first week worked
Tickets are run Monday-Friday during the day shift. Candidates must be regularly available a minimum of 3 weekdays to be considered.
Call volume is variable but is usually 2-4 calls per day
You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you.
You must have a reliable form of transportation and a valid driver's license to run these calls. You will be visiting multiple work sites throughout your day.
You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day.
You must be available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am to code your calls and map out your route for the day.
The manufacturer has completed troubleshooting and shipped a part prior to your ticket being issued to you.
You will confirm service times with the customer in your tech portal. Services will be completed at the customer site (residential and commercial)
You will pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite. Once all calls are completed for the day drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Maintenance Request Management: Answer incoming calls related to maintenance and repair needs for on-site and off-site properties, logging details into the system.
Task Assignment: Allocate work orders to engineering personnel based on the information received from calls.
Life Safety System Response: Monitor fire alarm panels and other safety system alerts, identify the affected area, and promptly dispatch engineering teams to address the situation.
Personnel Coordination: Record all employee call-ins and direct them to the appropriate department or staff for follow-up.
Activity Tracking: Maintain a detailed dispatch log to track all actions and activities throughout the day for accountability and transparency.
Emergency Documentation: Accurately document time and activities during emergency events to ensure proper record-keeping and coordination.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older.
Education: High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent qualification is required.
Experience: At least 1 year of prior dispatch experience required.
Availability: Must be flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Knowledge of Life Safety Systems: Familiarity with life safety systems and emergency response protocols.

you must have prior experience with laptop and desktop hardware.
Job Details:
This is a 1099/per call position
Pay is based solely on the number of calls completed.
Calls start at $35 and go up based on distance traveled
Pay period: Every Friday after the first week worked
Tickets are run Monday-Friday during the day shift. Candidates must be regularly available a minimum of 3 weekdays to be considered.
Call volume is variable but is usually 2-4 calls per day
You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you.
You must have a reliable form of transportation and a valid driver's license to run these calls. You will be visiting multiple work sites throughout your day.
You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day.
You must be available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am to code your calls and map out your route for the day.
The manufacturer has completed troubleshooting and shipped a part prior to your ticket being issued to you.
You will confirm service times with the customer in your tech portal. Services will be completed at the customer site (residential and commercial)
You will pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite. Once all calls are completed for the day drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided.

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
