As a BSO, you are responsible for operating, monitoring, and controlling the Building Automation System and providing an intermediate level of expertise in troubleshooting. Performing routine building rounds to verify no emergency conditions exist and document in Daily Log Book.
Serving as initial point of contact for outside contractors to issue safety work permits.

Recommending measures to improve maintenance methods and equipment performance.
