Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor high\-speed laser and impact printers as well as bursters in a mainframe data center.
Perform job submission, scheduling, and tracking using JCL within TSO.
Load and unload paper, toner, and developer; ensure proper supply management.
Remove, organize, and distribute print jobs to customers promptly.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized printer area by disposing of empty boxes, toner containers, and loose paper.
Notify baling room staff when recycle bins are full.
Support Production Control staff with routine operational tasks and shift coordination.

Updates the Multistate Lottery Association (MUSL) and Draw Reporting Systems with sales and winning numbers for multistate lottery games. Maintains contact with Draw Manager, Draw Auditor and Lottery.
