About the Role
As a member of the Compute Capacity Strategy & Operations team, you will own initiatives that support Anthropic's compute capacity planning and allocation strategy. You will collaborate closely with our Finance & Strategy, Product Management, and Engineering teams to optimize resource utilization and create a best-in-class customer experience for Anthropic's users.
Responsibilities:
Execute and maintain capacity planning models, collaborating with data science and finance teams to ensure accurate forecasting
Support new product launches and serve as the compute expert for all launches
Serve as the key point of contact for product capacity strategy and planning

The annual compensation range for this role is below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role's On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Our total compensation package for full-time employees includes equity and benefits.
Annual Salary:$270,000-$290,000 USDLogistics
Education requirements: We require at least a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.

They are responsible for ensuring a stable operating environment and attaining maximum utilization of system facilities. Troubleshoots and restores routine technical service and peripheral equipment. Provides a 2nd level of support to the Caretech Enterprise Service Desk as needed, and performs QB triaging of calls to admins within the Server, Messaging, Network, Backup, San, and UNIX teams to ensure the appropriate person is contacted only on an as needed basis.

* Control access of vendors and outside employees needing to enter the data center. Check to see if they are expected, signed in and out and notify manager. Ensure all unauthorized visitors are denied access.
* Provide Phone Support/ helpdesk functions. Works with other IT teams when needed.
* Publish Daily Morning Report.
* Attend morning call. Review morning report and quarterback issues on call.
* Acts as quarterback afterhours and escalates issues to appropriate teams.
* Perform receiving duties for deliveries for operations and other teams. Operates loading dock, sign for deliveries and communicates with other teams on the status of the delivery.
* Perform Operational/Administrative duties with quality.
* Has the knowledge to know where to look for department documentation. Demonstrates the ability to read, understand and follow departmental documentation before asking for assistance from a co-worker.
* Create, maintain & post applicable documentation in the Operations Team share.

Responsibilities:
* Overseeing the physical security of the site in regards to protection of assets and personnel

* Monitoring and reporting the following: event alarms triggered on the access control system and or Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) system, ID/access badge issues, physical security of the site, and the historical log book

We are looking for a ComputerOperator to join our team. This role is responsible for monitoring systems, managing scheduled jobs, and communicating alerts to ensure operational continuity.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
* Minimum 1 year of experience in IT operations or related field (recent graduates are welcome)
* Experience with scheduling software, reporting, and logging
* Basic knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows or Mac)
* Familiarity with Backup/Recovery processes and basic networking concepts
* Ability to suggest improvements to reduce alert frequency and collaborate with operations teams.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
* Degree or coursework in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
* Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
* Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and learn continuously

Responsibilities
Network Project Implementation
Implement network project according to ADC annual work plan or user's request which includes structure design, network hardware and software installation and configuration, testing and production go-live according to Bank's management and technical standard.
Daily Operation and Maintenance of Network
Provide daily operation and technical support to meet user's request or to fix issues, also perform the maintenance to ensure the optimal performance of network, such as health check and report, configuration back up, monitoring and incident handling, patch installation, software upgrade, etc.
Network Design and Optimization
Assist Team Lead for backbone & security network design and optimization, provide expertise advice to network major change, critical issue troubleshooting and new technology testing.
Technical Standard/Guide Documentation
Developing and updating technical standards/guides documents.
Install Equipment and Complete Cabling and Labeling in Computer room
Install IT equipment and complete cabling and labeling work in computer room according to technical standard and operation manual, also be responsible for recording and tracking the IT assert in computer room.
Network hardware and software purchase and inventory management
Execute purchase according to the approved requests and assist section leader for developing annual budget, also assist related department for inventory tracking which includes hardware, software and license.
Audit & External Examination Assistance
Assist Team Lead for audit & external examination required documents preparation and response to questions.
Compliance
Understand, comply with and monitor the activities, if necessary, of all applicable laws and regulations
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 4 years of Network engineer experience in IT infrastructure area
Minimum 3 years of Switch, router and firewall operation and maintenance experience
Minimum 2 years of Network infrastructure design experience
Cisco CCNP or equivalent professional certificate preferred
Demonstrate proficiency in operation of mainstream network manufacturer's device, such as Cisco, Juniper, etc.
Demonstrate proficiency in main network technology, such as route protocols, layer 2 technology, etc.
Pay Range
USD $65,000.00 - USD $150,000.00 /Yr.
