Pros of working at CPSI

Love my job. Over the 10+ years here I have been blessed with good managers, that know what is all involved in executing our job on a daily basis. and to answer the question, it would be the flexibility of work.

Cons of working at CPSI

Is that the manager's management Dir. level and up dont have a clue what it takes to get our job done, let alone what all we do, do. Its kinda funny actually. If pay was at national standard, this truly would be a dream job. A lot of great people work here.
