QUALIFICATIONS Description for Candidates: This position is for a STW - Technical Support Analyst role with Conference Room Technologies department. As part of the Conference Room Technologies team, the person will have the opportunity to develop technical skills on Audio Video Conferencing systems (Zoom Rooms, Team Rooms etc.), Video Conferencing platforms (Zoom, Teams, WebEx), PA systems, Audio DSP (Digital Sound Processors), Interactive/non-interactive displays, and Digital Signage systems (Brightsign, AppSpace) for installation and troubleshooting of the equipment in the Conference Rooms across Cummins facilities and LAB. This may include transportation of equipment, setup, and teardown. + Manage the Conference Room Technologies stock rooms and keep track of inventory. + Keep information up to date in Global Repository for Conference Rooms globally. Work with suppliers to gather required documentation including elevation drawings, connection diagrams, post-upgrade pictures, equipment inventory including serial numbers, and warranty details. In addition, you will assist in developing solutions to concerns/tasks. • Help identify possible operating improvements and participate in discussions around efficiency improvements. • Other duties as assigned.
