The IT Service Management (ITSM) Leader is a strategic and operational role responsible for ensuring the effective delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of IT services across the organization. This leader drives excellence in incident management, service reliability, and cross-functional collaboration, with a strong focus on evolving the Major Incident process to enhance responsiveness, accountability, and long-term resilience.

Core Responsibilities
• Major Incident Management & Continuous Improvement Lead the end-to-end Major Incident Management process, ensuring timely resolution and clear stakeholder communication. • Ownership Definition & Clarity Define and communicate clear ownership boundaries for various application types . Ensure accountability is embedded in incident response and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Corporate Tax
Coordinate all aspects of U.S. federal, state, and local corporate income tax compliance, including return preparation, filing, and estimated payments.
Manage global tax compliance and support international expansion efforts (e.g., VAT, local corporate tax filings).
Manage tax provisions (ASC 740) and reporting for financial statement audits.
Oversee state franchise tax filings and payments, ensuring timely and accurate compliance across all relevant jurisdictions.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws by staying informed about filing requirements and communicating any tax issues to management.
Maintain the Company's tax workpapers and tax returns to support tax provisioning and compliance.

Tax Information Reporting
Own the end-to-end user tax information reporting process (e.g., W-8/W-9, 1099, tax lot reconciliation, etc.) for our digital assets platform.
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams to ensure accurate data collection and timely filing of tax forms.
Monitor and implement changes in tax information reporting regulations (IRS, DAC8, CARF, etc.) relevant to digital assets.
Serve as the SME for platform tax reporting questions and work cross-functionally with Client Relations to improve tax documentation and user communications.
Support system and process development and remediation initiatives to ensure regulatory compliance, mitigate risk, and improve processes.
Manage relationships with third-party vendors (e.g., tax engines, reporting providers).
Requirements
10+ years of experience working at a public accounting firm or equivalent experience at a financial services or fintech company.
Direct experience with crypto / stablecoins at a crypto-native company or fintech, a plus.
Experience with end-to-end tax reporting for digital assets and extensive knowledge of tax information reporting regulations in multiple jurisdictions, including the U.S. and Europe.
Experience preparing and reviewing accurate federal, state and local tax returns, and technical knowledge of income tax accounting (ASC 740).

It will also define product business cases for new product development and execute on existing products. RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead analysis of and efforts to improve the margin and profitability of the IT Systems Business Unit and its subsidiary Product Lines.
Serve as a key contributor for the Americas Region for IT Systems related topics in Pipeline, Orders, Sales, and Demand Planning meetings.
Define and execute pricing strategies in partnership with the IT Systems Business Unit, Americas Finance, Sales, and Sales Ops.
Serve as the key stakeholder for the Americas region for IT Systems related NPDI product launches.
Liaise closely with the Americas IT Systems Technical Sales/Application Engineering Teams.
Research market trends, demand drivers, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
Partner with the IT Systems Business Unit, Sales and Sales Ops to ensure Sales Enablement processes and best practices are established for new and evolving products.
Collect voice of customers and product business cases and share with global products teams.
Develop and track metrics to evaluate post-launch sales performance of new offerings, including pipeline and quotation.
Lead IT Systems Strategic Planning efforts for the Americas Region, partnering with the IT Systems Business Unit, the Americas Strategy Team, the Americas Finance Team, and Americas Sales Teams.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration is preferred.
8-10 years in technical, product service, strategic planning, sales, marketing or directly related experience.
Experience with IT Systems products and solutions preferred.
Strong business acumen and ability to act as a CEO for the products being covered.
Ability to quickly develop cross-functional relationships to achieve business objectives.
Technical expertise to translate stakeholder needs/pain points to solutions.
Able to combine long-term and short-term goals by setting priorities.
Ability to interact with all levels within the organization from entry level to executive.
