Job Purpose The Delivery Engineering Group conducts Discrete-Event Simulation studies for Delivery impact analysis of mass-pro Run-Rate and/or E-flow Investment change-points for NM, Layout Inno/Renovation, and Capacity changes for manufacturing regionally across North America. Key Accountabilities Conduct mass production run-rate analysis studies utilizing Discrete Event Simulation and Data Analytics & Statistical tools to support Delivery run-rate target achievement in North America Weld and Assembly depts as part of BP theme activity. Software Training Regarding Simulation & Data Tools Fulfill manufacturing dept requests to study delivery impact due to NM/NM-Tech/Innovation E- Flow investment studies to determine feasibility and ROI by completing simulation model development, validation, scenario testing, sensitivity analysis and optimization. Qualifications, Experience, and Skills Minimum Educational Qualifications - Bachelor's of Science in Industrial (and Systems) Engineering Minimum Experience 0-3 Years Other Job-Specific Skills Simulation Software Experience Not Required, but Ideal. Knowledge of Basic Statistics and Basic Excel Functions.
