    CTG is looking for a detail-oriented Funding & Disbursement Specialist to support construction loan funding and disbursements. This is a long-term contract role (minimum 13 months) and a strong fit for someone who's comfortable working with numbers, following defined processes, and keeping things accurate from start to finish. Location: Buffalo, NY (Hybrid Remote) Duration: 13+ months What You'll Be Doing This role supports both loan funding and construction disbursement activities. Responsibilities include: Supporting loan closings by verifying data across multiple systems before funding Sending wires to attorneys and vendors once loans are approved and balanced Reviewing debit and credit balances to ensure everything matches prior to releasing funds Managing construction loan disbursements (for example, releasing $45K from a $300K loan once work has been completed) Communicating with vendors, loan officers, processors, underwriters, and occasionally customers Confirming funds are available and disbursing the correct amount via wire or check Pulling daily funding and disbursement reports and saving them to electronic loan files Ensuring all funding meets required guidelines, including credit score thresholds The work rotates. One day you may be focused on data verification, another on wiring funds or processing disbursements. Accuracy is the constant.
