for our client in Chicago, IL.** **Duration:** 6 months + Analyze current and future-state workflows to identify optimization opportunities aligned with the Refuel initiative. + Design, configure, and maintain Epic Wisdom components including clinical documentation, scheduling, imaging, revenue cycle workflows, patient access tools, odontograms, and treatment planning.
+ Develop, test, and deploy new features, templates, rules, SmartTools, questionnaires, and clinical decision support tools within Epic Wisdom.

+ Lead optimization projects that improve throughput, streamline documentation, enhance scheduling accuracy, and reduce rework.
+ Monitor key performance indicators and partner with operational leadership to ensure measurable improvement.
+ Develop and execute test scripts for upgrades, new build, and optimization changes.
+ Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analyses, and provide timely support to end users.
+ Maintain documentation for build changes, workflows, job aids, and training materials.
+ Participate in Epic governance processes, including change control, design sessions, and prioritization meetings.
+ Coordinate cross-module dependencies with analysts supporting Clinical, Ambulatory, Cadence, Beacon, Cupid, Radiant, Referrals, Billing, and related applications.

Ensure deliverables are complete, consistent, and aligned with customer expectations.
**Required Qualifications:**
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Specialist in ServiceNow environments.
ITIL Foundation Certification (v4). Strong oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Agile lifecycle and tools like ServiceNow Docs and NowCreate.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
Experience with multiple ServiceNow applications (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, CSM, GRC).
Familiarity with Common Services Data Model and Strategic Portfolio Management.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
