Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 18+ years of experience in IT service delivery or client management roles with Insurance Domain.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale IT engagements.
- Strong understanding of delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or equivalent are a plus.
Preferred Skills:

The Group Client Delivery Partner (GCDP) is responsible for delivery within their client across all Capgemini entities and across all geographies - they are the single Capgemini delivery face towards the client's top management. Support UAT sessions and training for various client personas.
Agile & Delivery Support Write user stories to be configured by technical developers.
Work within Agile frameworks to support sprint planning and execution.
Proactively identify risks, issues, and blockers and communicate through appropriate channels.
Ensure deliverables are complete, consistent, and aligned with customer expectations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Specialist in ServiceNow environments including GRC / IRM / TPRM module.
ITIL Foundation Certification (v4). Strong oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Agile lifecycle and tools like ServiceNow Docs and NowCreate.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with multiple ServiceNow applications (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, CSM) is ideal but specifically GRC.
Familiarity with Common Services Data Model and Strategic Portfolio Management.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Key Competencies
Business process reengineering technical and functional documentation for Stakeholder engagement. Agile delivery and sprint planning skills. ServiceNow platform knowledge and workshop facilitation and training experience.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $125,000 to $150,000 Base Pay US Dollars.

Your role
As a Bilingual Technical Support Engineer, you will be the vital link between our clients and our technical solutions, providing exceptional customer service while solving complex technical issues. In this role you will play a key role in:
* Providing first and second-level technical support to clients in both English and Spanish, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
