The Position:
This role supports areas of field Service operation within Sungrow USA related to commissioning, warranty, and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of the expanding installed sites in the region. Reporting to the regional field service supervisor, this position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and commissioning support of PV inverters and ancillary equipment/ systems, usually at the customer's site or at a staging yard/warehouse. This position will comply with the Safety Mandate, “ZERO HARM,” to ensure safe and efficient work and operation of the facility for all personnel and equipment. Ensures that personnel and safety issues are given priority to maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. Implements and enforces safety management policy and procedures regarding the facility: safety information, hazard analysis, safe operations/Maintenance Training, subcontractor compliance, plant integrity, work permits, emergency planning, and response.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of technical assignments involving the installation, operation, testing, and maintenance of string and central solar inverter and/or BESS Systems, PCS, batteries, and ancillary equipment.
Perform general troubleshooting and diagnosis under Sungrow's maintenance and repair guidelines.
As needed, support and perform pre-commissioning (with and without grid emulator) and commissioning of solar inverters and BESS systems within schedule and work plans
Additionally, for those on O&M capacity, perform Preventive Maintenance and other Long Term Service Agreement (LTSA) activities per the contract
Investigate solar plant issues such as DC array grid faults, inverter design issues, and utility grid transients. For BESS positions, these investigations may also involve SOC checks and module /component-level troubleshooting, replacement of electrical/electronic parts, SW version updates, etc.
Provide feedback to the engineering and project team on possible mechanical and electrical design improvements.
Lead upgrade/rework projects (software and hardware) in the field and interact with customers to explain the project's technical scope and manage work schedule and commitments.
Work with customer SCADA engineers to set up systems communication and parameters involving Sungrow's controllers and F&G systems as needed.
Accurately describes troubleshooting sequences and procedures which they have observed
Identifies and documents basic mechanical and electrical issues and problems
Performs basic corrective maintenance
Create/modify Field Service procedures for safety troubleshooting and maintenance if required.
When using contractors on sites, act as the Lead to ensure the contractors submit daily activity reports and JSA reports and work follows Sungrow standards and expectations.
Prepare and submit own Daily Activity Reports and Daily JSA Reports.
Work independently in the field and with Design Engineers to resolve high-level technical issues, support the investigation of the root cause for technology applications for complex projects
Coordinate and work closely with other engineering, logistic, financial, and program management disciplines to maintain the solar plant operations.
Verify and comply with engineering documentation standards and test procedures.
Completes documentation in a timely and organized fashion
Follow level-appropriate standard operating procedures.
Own creation and submission of all field paperwork and documentation for full compliance with site documentation and project requirement
Serve as a safety second if needed.
Education or Desired License and Certificates:
Associate's Degree in an Engineering or Computer Science Discipline from an accredited university or college

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot various financial applications.
Facilitate the upgrade and maintenance of FM applications in the event of a release or upgrade.
Ensure efficient collaboration occurs between all ACC FSAs. Collaboration shall include the maintenance of SharePoint and other community of interest sites to facilitate the sharing/distribution of financial application administration materials among the ACC FSAs.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Working closely with team members, providing fast and efficient support to customers, both in person and over the phone.
Provide excellent customer service working with our clients.
Installing, programming, and troubleshooting network, surveillance, access control, wireless, and various IT infrastructure.
Working on multiple computer programs with the ability to learn new programs and technology.
Assemble and program surveillance camera servers.
Recording daily activities and materials used for billing purposes.

Qualifications
Required to report to the VVS Canteen corporate office in Cozad 8am-5pm M-F (some weekends on a needed basis).
Ability to understand the scope of work and lead a team through a project completion.
Self-motivated, with a high work ethic, and have the ability to plan a work day effectively to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical IT related issues.
Experience in IT infrastructure and technology, including IP routing, network addressing, and wireless protocols.
Familiarity with computer hardware components and operation with the ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and build computers.
The ability to work from a ladder.
Driving to and from work locations. Must have a valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record.
Ability to be on-call for telephone support.

Summary: Responsible for safe, and effective operation of industry specific equipment with the primary purpose of performing inspections of sanitary sewer and storm water collection systems. Primary Responsibilities:
Perform engineering field inspections including, but not limited to: manhole inspections, smoke testing, flow monitoring, GPS locates, and water dye testing.
Install flow monitoring systems within sewer manholes.
Inspect manholes manually or with telemonitoring equipment
Operate and maintain instruments and equipment.
Accurately document inspections in a timely manner with detailed field notes.
Obtain and maintain all required safety training and certifications which could include, but are not limited to: OSHA 10 Hour, confined space, CPR/First Aid, defensive driving, and spotter's training.
Adhere to all the safety requirements of the position while assisting team members to do the same.
All other duties as assigned.
