Job Title - IT Desktop Technician II Duration : 6 months (Possible Extension) Job Descriptions: This is the full journey-level class within the IT Desktop Technician classification series. This class is distinguished from the IT Desktop Technician I by the assignment of the full range of duties of the class series.
