Call volume varies but is typically between 2-5 calls per day. Pay is based on the number of calls completed. Pay starts at $35 per ticket. You will be completing hardware part replacements for Dell and Lenovo warranty services. Pay period -every Friday after the first week of completing tickets. You must have a reliable form of transportation to run these calls. You must have access to a computer and the internet to log onto your portal. Tickets are run Monday through Friday. You must be able to log into your tech portal every workday by 9 am to accept, code (update status), and map out your calls. You will be responsible for contacting your customers and confirming a window to go onsite to complete the service. Parts will be provided for you by the manufacturers. They are typically held at FedEx for you to pick up in the morning. You will be provided with shipping labels and materials to return the removed parts.

Performs daily preventative maintenance and predictive maintenance on equipment. Daily review of irrigation graphs and alarm log history to assist in stabilizing systems and alarm frequency. Performs weekly preventative maintenance tasks including: Cleaning filters, cleaning and calibrating sensors, taking hand measurements for various water parameters, flushing and cleaning fertilizer dosing units, Installs, maintains, modifies, and repairs simple to moderately complex PVC water systems. Replaces above crop HPS and LED lights. Performs preventive maintenance (PMs) on cooling systems during summer months. Ensures proper reading and calibration of pH and EC sensors. Ensures proper fertilizer levels in all irrigation tanks. Inspects greenhouse irrigation systems to ensure plants are being fed properly and repair leaks and other issues.
