You will lead cross-functional teams, manage the lifecycle of value delivery, and serve as a trusted advisor to executives and initiative sponsors. **Responsibilities:** Strategy Execution & Alignment - Develop and drive the translation of enterprise and ESE product strategies into executable, outcome-driven plans that shape and influence business direction. - Lead strategic alignment across functions by ensuring initiatives and programs reinforce enterprise priorities, proactively managing trade-offs, and optimizing portfolio-level interdependencies. - Partner with senior business and product leaders to set enterprise-wide value realization targets and define success measures that guide investment and execution decisions. Value Realization & Impact Tracking - Manage the entire life cycle of value delivery for projects and programs, from ideation to post-delivery evaluation. - Establish KPIs linked to business outcomes (revenue, cost, customer experience). - Track realized value post-launch and drive accountability for sustained results. - Continuously improve delivery velocity, adoption, and return on investment. Orchestration & Execution Excellence - Oversee the entire project and program portfolio, ensuring resources are allocated to initiatives that provide the greatest value. - Coordinate across ESE product, engineering, and business functions to ensure cohesive execution. - Anticipate delivery risks, surface decisions, and remove blockers proactively. - Maintain agility through iteration, feedback loops, and continuous improvement. Advisory & Influence - Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and initiative sponsors. - Apply structured problem-solving and consulting-style frameworks to shape decisions and outcomes. - Communicate progress through business storytelling and outcome-based narratives Change Leadership & Talent Development - Lead organizational adoption of new capabilities and processes. - Shape mindsets and behaviors to sustain impact beyond project completion. - Coach and mentor teams to build outcome orientation and business fluency. **About You** **Basic Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. - 12+ years of experience in program management, strategy execution, or transformation leadership roles. - Proven track record delivering measurable business outcomes in cross-functional environments. - Strong business and technical fluency; able to navigate both executive discussions and delivery details. - Proven experience delivering enterprise business applications (ERP - D365, CRM - Salesforce, EDW, Data & Analytics, HRIS, financial systems) and digital employee experience initiatives (collaboration tools, infrastructure, cloud migration, endpoint management) initiatives - Experience in product-led or technology-driven organizations preferred. - Consulting or advisory background a strong plus. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - Experience with large-scale system architecture and Lean Portfolio Management. - Strong understanding of Agile practices (SAFe, Scrum, LPM, DevOps). - Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, LPM are preferred. - Experience with JIRA, PowerBI, DevOps and ServiceNow SPM tools - Agile coach experience a plus **Core Competencies** - Value Orientation | Strategic Alignment | Business Acumen - Technical / Product Literacy | Problem Solving | Agility - Stakeholder Influence | Change Leadership | Talent Development - Driver of Results and Self Driven **Success Measures:** - % of initiatives meeting or exceeding business value targets - Time-to-value reduction across key programs - Adoption and utilization rates of delivered solutions - Executive stakeholder satisfaction and confidence - Demonstrated uplift in team maturity and delivery culture **Travel Requirement:** 15% Travel This job description has been written to include the general nature of work performed. The pay range for this position is $145,600 to $172,000, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location.
