About This Role:

Reporting to the Vice President, Business Relations of Comscore's Movie Group, the Director of Business Relations will operate both autonomously and in collaboration with the Sales team to devise effective solutions for client challenges, utilizing a combination of syndicated and custom deliverables. This role manages a sales pipeline to facilitate renewals, cross-selling, upselling, and the acquisition of new business. The Director of Business Relations will work closely with Product Management, Custom Analytics, Survey Research, Statistical Analysis, and Product Support to produce high-quality deliverables and develop offerings that align with market demand. Additionally, they will formulate processes and offerings that support the entire Movie division while contributing to Comscore's long-term growth and reinforcing its position as a leading authority in the market.
What You'll Do:
Serve in a client-facing capacity, integrating sales and client relations for all products within the Movies Division.
Conduct product demonstrations across various product lines in the Movies sector.
Assess client needs and promote appropriate product solutions.
Manage a sales pipeline, including sales forecasting, negotiations, and contract writing.
Supports Vice President and senior members of Movies Sales team as needed.
Assist in setting strategic direction; establish goals and a vision to expand the business.
Collaborate closely with Product Development to create products that anticipate and meet client requirements.
Support high-level pitches for new business in partnership with the Sales team; contribute to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
Various administrative responsibilities and month-end activities in support of the sales team.
Gain expert-level knowledge of Comscore's Movies offerings, methodologies, data assets, and personnel.

Job Description
Drive commercial transformation across Nielsen's Enterprise customer-base, partnering across the organization to ideate, implement, and support global commercial programs. Own key/strategic deal reviews and escalation resolution, providing coaching to deal teams where needed. Qualifications
10+ years of experience leading research, data collection, or consumer insights functions with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role. People management experience is a must.

Demonstrated ability to translate complex research findings into business strategies that drive measurable results.
Advanced skills in data visualization, statistical analysis, and research platforms (e.g., SPSS, R, Tableau, SQL).
Executive-level communication skills with experience presenting to and influencing executive leadership with clarity and authority.
Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Behavioral Science, Statistics, Media Studies, Marketing Research, or related field.

Responsibilities
Break into large, high-potential target accounts and ignite new Fusion conversations where Autodesk currently has limited presence
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, discovery, scoping, solution alignment, negotiation, and close
Capture first wins in new customers and expand them into broader Fusion opportunities
Identify priority divisions, teams, or workflows inside large enterprises where Fusion can deliver immediate value
Expand Fusion usage in accounts where adoption already exists but can be significantly grown
Conduct on-site meetings, build credibility, and earn trust with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams
Lead value-driven dialogues about how Fusion's cloud-native, AI-enabled platform empowers design, engineering, and manufacturing workflows

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based sales roles, we expect a starting On-Target Earnings (OTE) between $178,200 and $257,950. OTE is comprised of base salary plus commission target for sales roles. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location and may exceed this range. team places a focus on developing excellence and agility while we minimize risk and move the

Nielsen is seeking a non-attorney patent agent to join its Intellectual Property Team on a
permanent basis. The Patent Agent will work alongside Nielsen's engineers, data scientists, and
other innovators to continue developing a world class patent portfolio to propel Nielsen's
business goals.
The Patent Agent will work alongside colleagues from the Intellectual Property Team to develop
a patent portfolio to protect technologies related to: design and operation of audience
measurement metering devices; approaches for media recognition and classification leveraging
digital signal processing, machine learning, and artificial intelligence; approaches for scaling and
deduplicating audience measurement estimates via fusion of multiple data sets leveraging a
variety of data science methodologies; and approaches for assessing audience engagement
and advertising impact.

Responsibilities
* Working directly with inventors and colleagues to evaluate invention disclosures, and working directly with inventors to review and approve drafted patent applications before filing.
* Drafting provisional and non-provisional utility patent applications.
* Prosecuting patent applications in-house under supervision of IP portfolio manager both in the United States and in certain foreign jurisdictions by providing direct instructions to outside counsel foreign associates, including drafting and reviewing applications, interviewing patent examiners, drafting and reviewing office action responses, drafting and reviewing appeal briefs, and all other phases of patent prosecution.

We are looking for an Associate Product Operations Manager to join our Product Operations Team. This is an amazing opportunity to work on Market Access Intelligence and custom client deliverables. You will be responsible for supporting the coordination between teams that build our technology products and the teams that interact directly with users. As an Associate Product Ops Manager, you will be responsible for creating efficient operational processes throughout the product lifecycle - ensuring product teams deliver high-quality, well-communicated releases aligned with business goals. You will collaborate closely with product management, development, content, sales, and customer support teams to maintain clear communication, effective resource use, and smooth execution.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of relevant experience in product operations, market access, project management, client delivery, data operations, or related roles
Experience working in an Agile environment

What will you be doing in this role?
Coordinating product operations and ensuring high-quality deliverables throughout the product lifecycle.
Support preparation and delivery of custom client outputs (Market Access Intelligence, API feeds, etc.).
Assist with development and maintenance of customization rule sets for coverage and restriction assignments.
Perform QA checks on data deliverables and product configurations.
Participate in client communications, kick-offs, and training sessions.
Support product release activities, including UAT and readiness administration.
Maintain documentation for new features and internal processes.
About the Team
The team consists of 6 members, all US-based. The culture emphasizes collaboration, learning, and growth. This role will work closely with internal teams and occasionally with external clients, supporting 80+ client accounts across the team.
Hours of Work
Full-time permanent position primarily working core business hours in your time zone, with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed.
This is a remote position and must be based in either EST or CST time zone
Compensation - US Only
The expected base salary for this position is $59,000 - $74,000 USD per year. This role is eligible for bonus incentive earnings. Individual pay is based upon experience, education, skill and ability, expertise, and relevant factors.
