Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, fostering strong relationships, providing regular updates on recruitment progress, and addressing inquiries or concerns. Engage passive candidates and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs. Plan and facilitate recruitment events, such as job fairs and networking sessions. Develop and nurture strategic relationships with local workforce agencies, community organizations, educational institutions, and professional networks to proactively build and sustain a diverse candidate pipeline. Leverage technology and digital tools (e.g., sourcing platforms, job boards, social media, and AI-driven search tools) to identify, engage, and evaluate top talent, continuously improving sourcing effectiveness and pipeline quality. Generate reports and metrics to track recruitment activity and effectiveness. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, correspondence, and recruitment activities. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: BA/BS degree in Human Resources or related field. Minimum of two-year relevant experience. High volume or agency recruiting preferred.
