KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review and scope IT projects based on federal government RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
Provide expert guidance and insights on IT and software development projects.
Act as the primary author for Technical Section of all relevant proposals. Assist Federal Solutions Team with proposal writing and editing of other sections, when needed.
Develop detailed bid documents, including technical solutions, project plans, timelines, and level of effort.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT and software development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and ensure proposals are comprehensive and persuasive.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
10+ years of work experience in the following:
General IT domain (i.e., help desk, organizational networking, and organizational security).
Full-stack software development (front end and back end).
Current/prior experience as a Technical Writer with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable language for a variety of audiences.
Current/prior experience in federal proposal writing.
Must be willing to provide a technical writing sample. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Sponsorship is not available for this position.

Job Title: Clinical Documentation Specialist

JOB PURPOSE:
Allscripts SCM (Sunrise Clinical Manager) is the EHR used by our customer. The Clinical Documentation component is used by physicians, nurses and ancillary department staff to document procedures, patient status, and other clinical components. We are seeking 2resources to develop clinical documentation notes within SCM.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS:
Works with management and end users to identify, analyze and prioritize documentation needs and requirements.
Analyzes complex clinical operations and structure processes to facilitate decision making regarding clinical documentation in SCM.
Participates in rounding/shadowing with a variety of clinical end users to gather requirements from and perform gap analysis.
Document requirements from users.
Effectively communicates with users, at all levels of the clinical documentation build team.
Follows the Clinical Documentation configuration management process from idea, design, development, test, implementation and maintenance.
Develops clinical documentation using the configuration tools within Allscripts SCM.
Ensures all build is completed within established time frames.
Maintains complete and detailed build documentation.
Troubleshoot any found/reported issues and communicate with clinical documentation supervisor.
Job Requirements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with Allscripts version 15.
Knowledge of “Aware notes” used for documentation.
2+ years of experience within a health care environment.
2+ years of experience within Health IT.
2+ years of experience developing clinical documentation within Allscripts SCM, required.
Knowledge of hospital and ambulatory clinician workflow and regulatory requirements.
Ability to interact with stakeholders throughout the organization (business owners, HIM professionals, Informatics professionals, etc.) is required.
System design, implementation, integration and testing experience.
Excellent communication, documentation and presentation skills, required.
Ability to think critically and effectively manage multiple priorities and tasks.
Advanced desktop computer hardware and software knowledge, required.

POSITION SUMMARY
The SMT Operator will be responsible for setup, maintenance, and operation of assigned production equipment.
