Pros of working at Comtech Telecommunications

It is a good technology company with mostly good co-workers that are competent at their jobs and make it enjoyable to work there. Benefits are available for health, dental, and vision, and stock purchase plan. Multiple locations nation wide in the US and some offshore out of country job opportunities are available as well.

Cons of working at Comtech Telecommunications

Comtech has acquired several companies in the past few years and has had lay offs of redundant personnel, or scaled back divisions that are under-performing, or have not made their numbers so they get the axe and there are lay offs again. There is a lot of uncertainty with employees over the past year as to whether they are going to have a job, the upper leadership are concerned about bottom dollar and not employees.
