* Support administrative aspects of these programs including customer enrollments, project operations, and timely and accurate incentive calculations and meeting regulatory program reporting requirements.

This role is responsible for supporting the Company's Medium- and Heavy-Duty electric vehicle (EV) program and supporting the operations, administration, budget, reporting, and customer engagement.
Support the overall implementation and performance of the program to achieve installation of electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) infrastructure targets for the Company.
Support the development of a proactive, customer-centric culture to foster trust and confidence among program participants, Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) developers, and the sales team
Support operational aspects of the MHD electric vehicle program including organizing resources and documentation and coordinating with participants, to achieve EVSE infrastructure goals.
Support collaboration with the Electric Vehicle (EV) team, as well as other internal departments including engineering and energy services.
Coordinate closely with the EV business development team to ensure exceptional customer service and optimal program performance. This will include regular collaboration with E-Mobility leads for MHD-related event development.
Support administrative aspects of these programs including customer enrollments, project operations, and timely and accurate incentive calculations and meeting regulatory program reporting requirements.
