JOB PURPOSE Support Pattern's Engineering Procurement and Construction department (EPC) in developing and managing processes and procedures that ensure projects adhere to the highest standards of quality, performance, and compliance. Responsibilities Key Accountabilities The key responsibilities will include as a minimum the following: Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and a Construction Quality Management Program (CQMP) for Owner's Renewable Energy projects, utilizing industry standards, Operational requirements and lessons learned from previous projects. Develop and maintain contractual QAQC requirement exhibits for external vendors and contractors to clearly outline project deliverables. Ensure QAQC lessons learned for each project are incorporated into contract exhibits, processes, etc. Review/Approve contractor quality plans to ensure plans meet Pattern QAQC requirements Develop and maintain Inspection and Testing Compliance requirements. Oversee all inspection and testing processes to ensure materials and construction practices meet required specifications and standards. Develop and maintain detailed reporting and auditing process of QAQC deliverables and provide regular reports to project stakeholders (i.e. Project Managers, Project Directors, VP of Execution, etc.). Develop and Conduct training sessions for construction management personnel on QAQC requirements and best practices at project kick-off and throughout project lifecycle. Evaluate and monitor suppliers and subcontractors to ensure their Standards and processes meet Owner's QAQC requirements. Develop and support Audits of QAQC construction documentation submitted from contractors ensuring they meet project standards and contractual requirements Identify areas for improvement in construction processes and implement solutions to enhance QAQC procedures and efficiency. Assess potential risks related to QAQC and develop mitigation strategies. Collaborate with the safety management team to ensure that QAQC processes support and enhance overall safety requirements. Support reporting and requirements of Lender's Independent Engineer to ensure all QAQC issues are tracked and resolved timely. Qualifications EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION Educational Experience • Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, construction management or a related field highly desired Additional Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance within the construction industry, with at least 3 years in Wind and Solar construction or renewable energy projects. • Relevant certifications such as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are highly desirable. • In-depth knowledge of quality assurance principles, construction materials, and Wind and Solar technology (or other HV construction projects) • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, root cause analysis, and communication skills. • Proficiency in quality management software and tools. • Strong attention to detail, leadership abilities, a proactive approach to quality management and a continuous improvement mindset. • Self-directed with the ability to work independently and collaborate as needed to achieve high quality results. • Decisive, willing to make well-reasoned decisions and accountable for decisions. • Ability to prioritize and resolve tasks and highlight where issues may arise. • Strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders. • Strong written and verbal communication skills required. • Travel to project sites (40% estimated ) Technical Skills • Familiarity with typical computer software (Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) • Experience with utilizing and Document management platforms i.e. InEight Document, InEight Suite, ProCore Aconex, or equivalent. • Experience using SharePoint for internal document handling. The expected starting pay range for this role is $111,000 - $139,000 USD. This range is an estimate and base pay may be above or below the ranges based on several factors including but not limited to location, work experience, certifications, and education. In addition to base pay, Pattern's compensation program includes a bonus structure for full-time employees of all levels. Interpret technical drawings and GD&T requirements to define effective inspection strategies. Maintain accurate inspection records, nonconformance reports, and traceability documentation. Support or perform non-destructive testing (NDT) methods such as liquid penetrant, magnetic particle, or ultrasonic testing (as qualified). Collaborate with machinists, engineers, and project teams to address quality concerns and resolve discrepancies. Participate in root cause analysis, corrective actions, and quality improvement initiatives. Assist in the continuous enhancement of quality procedures, inspection plans, and tooling. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS: 3-5 years of experience in a QA/QC role within a machine shop or precision manufacturing environment. Proficiency in Zeiss CMM operation and Calypso programming. Solid understanding of GD&T, inspection methods, and mechanical drawings. Familiarity with non-destructive testing methods; MT/PT/UT certification is a plus. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Experience with aerofoil component manufacturing or inspection (e.g., blades, vanes). What you'll do: Perform Quality monitoring and evaluation for all contact center teams (Sales, Customer Service, Change of Ownership, Customer Care, and Back Office Administration), voice and non-voice processes Monitor customer calls/e-mails/chats for conformance to guidelines, procedures, proper voice inflection, customer experience, systems usage, and fraudulent activity Provide specific and targeted agent and employee feedback to supervisors to facilitate developmental coaching for the agents to enable them to reach their optimal performance Provide data insights, opportunities/gaps with recommended improvement plans and strategies regularly Recommend improvement to processes, either from own perspective or by passing on feedback from agents Coordinate and participate in call calibration sessions with supervisors and agents to ensure agreement and alignment with quality assessment practices Participate in the design and continuous improvement of monitoring formats and quality standards Collaborate with the Manager on the continual enhancement of the training curriculum and performance measurement tools Actively support the team with data to drive improvements in the department's overall performance Use the Quality management system to critically analyze available data to identify trends and/or issues impacting the customer experience or operational performance at the individual and team level Monitor the quality of all contact types with customers Prepare statistical reporting for Leadership to communicate Contact Center performance and identify performance gaps Participate in customer and client listening programs to identify customer needs and expectations Prepare and analyze internal and external quality reports for management staff review What you bring: Minimum of one (1) year in the Customer Experience Contact Center, in a customer-facing role Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to providing a best-in-class customer experience Demonstrate a commitment to continuous quality improvement Must be able to effectively deal professionally with a diverse group of people at all levels, including Agents, Trainers, Contact Center Management, and subject matter experts Must be self-motivated and a self-starter Solid time management skills, keen attention to detail Excellent judgment and decision-making capabilities Ability to work with remote sites Excellent listening, communication (oral and written), and analytical skills Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast-paced, team environment, with the ability to adapt to frequently changing priorities Results-driven - must meet or exceed established performance metrics Previous experience with QA software and solutions (Avaya, Calabrio etc.) Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Other responsibilities, activities, and assignments as required Proficiency in Spanish Communication (Verbal and Written) is an asset Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
