Reporting to the VP and Chief Counsel, you will play a key role in supporting litigation and discovery processes across the organization. You will manage legal holds, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and ensure compliance with discovery workflows. Your Impact
Support ongoing operation of legal holds and manage compliance using Exterro, including communication with custodians, IT, outside counsel, and internal stakeholders.
Manage litigation discovery matters and responses to subpoenas, including document preservation, collection, data transfer, and review processes.
Coordinate with IT, HR, in-house legal team, corporate functions, and third-party vendors (such as Epiq) to facilitate discovery and litigation activities.
Partner with outside counsel to streamline workflows and minimize litigation expenses.
Support litigation team and broader in-house legal matters, including investigations and discovery coordination.
Support management of discovery and litigation-related expenses, working with procurement, vendors, and leadership to track and report spend.
Maintain awareness of industry best practices in e-discovery and litigation project management; recommend process improvements where appropriate.
Provide general litigation support and other activities as directed by your manager.
Your Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent with 4+ years experience or Associate's degree with 2+ years experience in supporting e-discovery, document preservation, document collection, and legal holds.
Strong understanding of litigation processes, discovery workflows, and tools such as Relativity and Microsoft 365 e-discovery.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Skilled at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Comfortable working independently and exercising sound judgment.

Compensation:
Pay Range:$59,000-$78,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.

How would you contribute?
This role is a contributing member of our Airlite - Omaha team, located in Omaha, NE. As a Mold Specialist you are a key to continued growth and success of Airlite. The Mold Specialist is responsible for the proper set up, operation, and processing of high-speed injection molding machines and robots to produce high-quality parts efficiently. This role adjusts machine settings according to specifications to meet quality expectations and focuses on machine operation and troubleshooting. The position is responsible for maintaining quality, scrap, and machine efficiencies in assigned area. The Mold Specialist is also required to complete basic training and continue to build technical skills after training. This position may require the employee to work on various types of equipment and in various areas as needed to fulfill job responsibilities and business needs.
Essential Duties:
Perform machine start-up and shut down to required procedures.
Perform process troubleshooting to ensure part conformity and quality.
Evaluate product acceptability after completion of machine adjustments and/or color changes.
Review production schedule and make color, material, and label changes during shift.
Review and perform floor inspection and diameter size check; report and follow up on items needing technical corrections.
Proactively perform quality inspections and document product quality and color shades to ensure product is within specifications.
Report questionable products to MPS, Quality Auditors and/or Leaders and make timely adjustments.
Assist in training other Mold Specialists
Assists other teams as needed by working in different areas or with different injection molding machines.
Monitor and continually work toward reducing scrap on targeted machines.
Monitor and maintain required cycle times to ensure maximum production with least defects.
Maintain safety and housekeeping expectations, report potential machine or work hazards, respond immediately to emergency machine problems, and ensure the safety of co-workers within designated work area.
Collaborate with team members on new machines, mold, materials, processes, and procedures.
Continually develop technical knowledge by actively working and learning alongside experienced team members.
Ensure effective transfer of information across shifts in shift "pass down."
Prepare maintenance work orders and ensure compliance with Preventative Maintenance Programs.
Maintain accurate computer logs to include quality audits, documenting adjustments, resolutions and support requested.
Maintain company attendance standards.
Report on food safety concerns to management.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Conduct SIFCO Process training sessions in accordance with established programs and guidelines.
Establishes and maintains positive and professional customer relations when interacting with customer representatives.

Document all training activity using appropriate training log sheets in CRM system.
Travel as much as up to 50% of the time to conduct trainings on-site at customers; both domestically and internationally.
Work Environment:

What do we look for
High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
3 - 5 years of manufacturing experience in chemical manufacturing.
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma Project Management. May require additional certifications and training.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Strong in Microsoft Word and Excel

Essential Duties

Analyze the patient journey at various local systems of care to identify account opportunities and work with HCPs to improve clinical decision making and deliver better patient and population health outcomes in the context of EXAS future pipelines.
Build a network of relationships, including clinical stakeholders and administrators, within accounts to gain insight into local healthcare systems' priorities and unmet needs of clinicians and patients. Diligently catalogue customer insights and information via the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database, including point of contact (POC) information, sales call activities, market intelligence, funnel development and other data points.
Synthesize data from a range of formal and informal sources to understand the evolving and dynamic local care system, leveraging available tools and resources such as Engage (CRM), Excel, Tableau and available research to make data-driven decisions on account potential and opportunities to propel the customer along the sales continuum and drive utilization of Exact Sciences' products.
Work collaboratively with commercial team and cross functional partners to execute business imperatives and support customers' education, resource needs and use of Exact Sciences' products and solutions.
Develop and implement business and account plans to increase the visibility and awareness of the Company's products and maximize opportunities and sales growth.
Create business and account plans based on strategic business goals and opportunities to drive use and acceptance of Cologuard and other Exact Sciences solutions to enhance clinical decision making and the effectiveness of the system of care.

The Service, Training and Process Specialist is responsible for supporting customer operations through equipment operation, inspection, and on-site training. Associate Specialist, Litigation

Reporting to the VP and Chief Counsel, you will play a key role in supporting litigation and discovery processes across the organization. You will manage legal holds, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and ensure compliance with discovery workflows. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys balancing detail-oriented tasks with problem-solving.
Your Impact
* Support ongoing operation of legal holds and manage compliance using Exterro, including communication with custodians, IT, outside counsel, and internal stakeholders.
* Manage litigation discovery matters and responses to subpoenas, including document preservation, collection, data transfer, and review processes.
* Coordinate with IT, HR, in-house legal team, corporate functions, and third-party vendors (such as Epiq) to facilitate discovery and litigation activities.
* Partner with outside counsel to streamline workflows and minimize litigation expenses.
* Support litigation team and broader in-house legal matters, including investigations and discovery coordination.
* Support management of discovery and litigation-related expenses, working with procurement, vendors, and leadership to track and report spend.
* Maintain awareness of industry best practices in e-discovery and litigation project management; recommend process improvements where appropriate.
* Provide general litigation support and other activities as directed by your manager.
Your Experience
* High School Diploma or equivalent with 4+ years experience or Associate's degree with 2+ years experience in supporting e-discovery, document preservation, document collection, and legal holds.
* Strong understanding of litigation processes, discovery workflows, and tools such as Relativity and Microsoft 365 e-discovery.
* Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
* Skilled at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Comfortable working independently and exercising sound judgment.

Compensation:
Pay Range:$59,000-$78,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
