Summary:
As our Delivery Driver you'll be the face of Big Red in your community. If you have superior customer service & like to drive, we'd love to hear from you! A normal day on the job can consist of various deliveries, it's like Uber Eats or Door Dash, but with alcohol! Upon arriving at the customer's location, drivers are responsible for checking their ID while giving our loyal customers the best interaction possible. Our dedicated drivers receive an hourly rate, keep all their tips, & mileage reimbursement. If deliveries ever slow down, our driver's work in tandem with our in-store team providing guests with superior customer service. Please note: This position is part time - evenings and weekends.
Essential Responsibilities:
Practice Responsible alcohol delivery service standards as set forth by state law, regarding ID verification as well as any specific Delivery System ID Technology required.
Thoroughly review orders before and after each delivery to ensure orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
Loading, transporting, and delivering items to customers in a safe, timely manner
Follow all transportation and parking laws
Ability to operate our Delivery System via office computer
Strong commitment to provide customers with an excellent experience
Provide excellent customer service, answer questions and handle complaints from customers.
Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
Prepare mileage & tip reports relating to deliveries.

Equivalent experience entails at least one year of PT or OT aide work in a hospital or clinic. A transcript indicating completion of the required courses must be attached with the employment application. Fingerprinting will be taken and checked by the California Department of Justice and the FBI. The incumbent may be responsible for the fingerprinting processing fee. A completed UAS employment application is required.
Desired Qualifications: Mobility Center experience in direct-hands-on care; Experience with and skill in locomotor training also helpful. Bilingual ability a plus.
