What We're Looking For: We are seeking a Groundskeeper to join our team at Kalos in San Diego, CA. This position is responsible for the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots, and other community buildings of multi-family residential apartments. Pay range: $19.50 - $21.50 per hour Key Responsibilities: * Complete assigned minor and routine service requests as requested by Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor and assist during the turn process * Inspect the community throughout the day to remove debris, and ensure all common areas and amenities are always neat and free of litter, (including but not limited to; lawns, planting beds, parking areas, sidewalks, ramps, hallways, lobbies, stairwells, and other common interior areas). * Remove debris and remaining items from vacant units prior to starting the make-ready process, transfer trash to dumpster or storage area as applicable, and clean and maintain storage areas. * Other duties as assigned.
