It's a paycheck, but smaller than it should be. Our local staff most of whom will be leaving, as soon as they find something, since they feel the same way I do

Newly acquired by them and they think they know it all, never having prcatied in our area, and the folks making the decisions haven;t practiced in years.

Retirement, which is coming a bit sooner than it would have. No sense putting up with their inflexibility when there is an alternative

Our cohesive team/staff is like family, we work well together, always the 'team player' mentality.

Upper management has very little involvement in improving current clinical model.
