Key Responsibilities

The R&D Data Analyst will be a key resource in supporting the new business solutions that are being developed and launched by IntelliScript's Business Development department. You will perform research, analytics, and other technical support for both clients and internal stakeholders.
As an R&D Data Analyst, you will balance detail-oriented organizational skills and data analytics acumen to support proof-of-concept studies, early go-lives, and ad-hoc analytics for clients. You will also leverage effective verbal and written communication to share results with internal stakeholders. This includes creating and peer reviewing client deliverables to ensure quality of results, adapting to evolving priorities and deadlines while maintaining excellence in your work, and providing business intelligence support to BD Sales Consultants and other stakeholders throughout the sales process.
You will also work closely with the Product and Engineering functions within the R&D team to support product enhancements and software development for new and existing R&D solutions. Compensation
The overall salary range for this role is $59,200 - $113,760. For candidates residing in:

New York City, Newark, San Jose, or San Francisco the salary range is $71,040 - $113,760.

The Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Michigan State University invites applications for a Fixed-Term Research Specialist position. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of Dr. Narendra N. Das and will be associated with the Remote Sensing in Hydrology and Agriculture Laboratory (RSHAL). They will receive annual appointments for an expected three-year term, contingent upon satisfactory performance, continued funding, and mutual agreement.
The Research Specialist will play a central role in advancing the use of remote sensing technologies, hydrologic modeling, and crop modeling for societal applications. A primary focus will be on the development and application of algorithms using radiometer and Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) observations from satellite missions such as SMAP, NISAR, Sentinel, and Landsat. These data will be used to derive high-resolution soil moisture, crop condition, and other land-surface parameters critical for hydrologic and agricultural applications. Integrating these observations with state-of-the-art hydrologic and crop models will support improved predictions of water availability, agricultural productivity, and resilience under climate variability and global change.
Strong computational skills are required for this position. The candidate must demonstrate expertise in Python for handling large-scale geospatial datasets, developing scalable, automated workflows, and applying advanced data analytics, including machine learning techniques, for model calibration, validation, and optimization. The ability to design reproducible code and document methodologies will be essential for supporting both independent and collaborative research efforts within RSHAL.
The position emphasizes collaboration and interdisciplinary research. The successful candidate will actively contribute to ongoing and new research projects in partnership with faculty, research staff, and external collaborators. Williams at the Grand Rapids Research Center in the Department of Pediatrics and Human Development, is soliciting applications for the position of Specialist - Research. The incumbent will be expected to take a lead role on biomedical research projects focused on the creation and evaluation of genetically encoded tools to analyze the structure and function of neural circuits in research subjects.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting in molecular biology techniques, primarily the cloning of recombinant DNA plasmids
Assisting in the preparation, organization, and evaluation of replication deficient viral vectors
Maintaining a transgenic mouse colony, including breeding, weaning, and genotyping
Conducting survival procedures on the same including stereotaxic surgery and other injection paradigms.
Conducting terminal procedures including transcardial perfusion for live or fixed brain tissues
Conducting patch clamp electrophysiology of neurons and their connected populations
Conducting histological procedures for the preparation and evaluation of fixed brain tissues by fluorescent microscopy
Conducting data analysis, assist authoring manuscripts and grants, manage trainees, and maintain compliance with health and safety practices in the laboratory

Required Degree
Doctorate -Biology or a related field
Minimum Requirements
PhD or DVM and at least five (5) years of experience at the level of proficient independence in:
All aspects of neuronal patch-clamp electrophysiology
Survival procedures in mice including stereotaxic surgery
Maintenance of complex transgenic rodent colonies
Preparation of fixed tissues for evaluation by fluorescent microscopy
Candidates must also demonstrate a track record of peer reviewed, published research, and a basic background in recombinant DNA cloning methods.
