I enjoyed talking to the customers and taking the phone calls

I didn’t like that they didn’t really provide proper training because the person that did the training had never done that before and really didn’t get any help from anyone so they didn’t know what they were doing and there was no one around to help them improve

Low pay ceiling. After youve been with the company for a number of years and gotten some promotions you are then stuck with low pay unless you become a manager (nepotism is rampant)
