Kevin S. Wilson has been Heska's Chief Executive Officer and President since March 31, 2014. He previously served as the President and Chief Operating Officer since February 2013. Mr. Wilson is a founder, member and officer of Cuattro, LLC. Since 2008, he has been involved in developing technologies for radiographic imaging with Cuattro, LLC and including as a founder of Cuattro Software, LLC, Cuattro Medical, LLC and Cuattro Veterinary, LLC. Mr. Wilson served on the board of various private, non-profit, and educational organizations from 2005 to 2011. He was a founder of Sound Technologies, Inc., a diagnostic imaging company, in 1996. After Sound Technologies, Inc. was sold to VCA Antech, Inc. in 2004, Mr. Wilson served as Chief Strategy Officer for VCA Antech, Inc. until 2006. Mr. Wilson attended Saddleback College.

Shai Gozani, founded NeuroMetrix, Inc. in 1996 as a spin-off from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He currently serves as Chairman of the board of directors and as our President and Chief Executive Officer. Shai has led the Company from a venture capital backed start-up, through an initial public offering on Nasdaq, through development of a successful diagnostics business, and presently into the wearable technology sector. Over 2.5 million patients have benefited from the Company’s technology over the past 17 years.Shai has published over 30 peer-reviewed scientific articles and has been awarded over 40 US and international patents. He holds a B.A. degree in Computer Science, a M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science (Biomedical Engineering Focus) and a Ph.D. in Neurobiology, from the University of California, Berkeley. Shai also received an M.D. from Harvard Medical School and the Harvard-MIT Division of Health Sciences and Technology at M.I.T.

Jay Kranzler has been a Founder, CEO, Board Member, and Advisor to leading life science companies for over 30 years. He is currently acting as Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Perception Neuroscience, Acting Chief Medical Officer of Pastorus, Board Member of Pastorus, Avenue Pharmaceuticals, and ImmunoBrain Checkpoint, and Advisor to small and large companies in the pharma/ biotech space. After graduating from Yale University School of Medicine with MD and PhD degrees with a focus in psychopharmacology, Dr. Kranzler joined McKinsey & Company where he contributed toward founding the Firm’s pharmaceutical practice. In 1989, he became the Chief Executive Officer of Cytel Corporation, a company focused on the development of immunomodulatory drugs. He took Cytel public, and negotiated partnerships with both global and Japanese pharmaceutical companies that set new standards for deal size and structure. After Cytel, Dr. Kranzler became Chief Executive Officer of Cypress Bioscience (formerly IMRE Corporation) where he was credited for the development of Savella™ (milnacipran) for the treatment of fibromyalgia, and Karuna Pharmaceuticals, focusing on the treatment of Schizophrenia.

Greg Barrett has more than 35 years of medical device experience. Most recently, Greg was the Chairman, President and CEO of BARRX Medical, where he guided the company to a successful sale to a strategic partner. Prior to joining BARRX, Greg served as President and CEO of ACMI Corporation, Group Executive Vice President at Boston Scientific Corporation, and he has held positions as Vice President, Global Sales and Marketing at both Orthofix Corporation and Baxter Healthcare. He also spent 13 years at C.R. Bard Corporation, where he finished his tenure as Vice President of Marketing in the Cardiosurgery Division. Greg sits on the Board of BaroSense, Inc. and Cutera, Inc. Greg holds a B.A. in Marketing from the University of Texas, Austin.
