Duties and Responsibilities:
Research and identify community resources as related to specific program workshop topics geared towards enhancing individuals' personal well-being, including healthy relationships, financial literacy, substance use prevention, job readiness, stress management, etc.
Co-facilitate/facilitate workshops and activities as indicated by the Director.
Provide transportation to external forums, trainings and workshops.
Provide mentorship to help individuals build self-esteem and confidence.
Attend weekly supervision and staff meetings.
Remain current with all agency required compliance documents and trainings.
Other tasks as assigned by the Community Outreach & Engagement Coordinator.
Requirements: Requires a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent along with at least two years of experience in a similar role.

Summary:
The Affordable Housing Compliance Specialist is responsible for maintaining compliance with Low Income Housing Tax Credit and HUD 202/811 regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitors changes in LIHTC and HUD regulations and requirements and implements changes as indicated;
Maintains tnant files of all applicable LI properties in compliance with LIHTC/HUD regulations;
Processes annual and interim certifications and unit transfers;
Prepares recertification notification letters;
Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual reports for tax credit syndicators and funding sources;
Participates in LIHTC/HUD reviews by outside entities;
Performs internal audits of tenant files;
Participates in initial lease-up of new properties;
Provides assistance to the Affordable Housing Compliance team in covering properties throughout the agency, as needed;
Possesses knowledge of the Federal Fair Housing Act, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, and the Americans with Disabilities Act. Annual training in these areas is required;

Qualifications:
Individual in this position should possess strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach. Strong computer literacy skills are essential to this position. Must have certification in Low Income Housing Tax Credit and HUD 202/811 compliance. Good verbal and written communication skills are also required. Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of two years LIHTC/HUD 202/811 compliance related work experience preferred. Experience and/or education in working with people with disabilities is a plus.

Care Coordinators link children who have chronic medical or behavioral health conditions to the services they need to stay as healthy as possible and avoid unnecessary trips to the emergency room. Care coordinators encourage the clients (members) they serve to use those services to optimize their health outcomes. Working in a team setting and primarily in the field, Care Coordinators assess risks and needs, develop person centered care plans, track and arrange appointments, educate members and coordinate other aspects of members' health and community services. • Integration of medical, specialized and behavioral health services in addition to social support and/or educational support services

The Development and Database Manager will manage development efforts that generate revenue for Little Flower Children and Family Services of New York and its affiliate, St. John's Residence for Boys. This role will manage intake, tracking and request fulfillment of in-kind donations for the affiliated organization, lead holiday gift efforts, and oversee specialized giving programs, including memorial and special intention gifts and the organization's Support Squad initiative for recurring donors. The manager will partner with fellow Strategy, Development and Communications team members to identify and achieve a variety of development objectives.
This role manages the team's donor database, Virtuous, and is the accounting and recordkeeping lead. This position is responsible for assigning next steps to the Development team based on donor activity and data insights, including recommending outreach, stewardship touchpoints, communications, and thank-you actions when gifts are received or when data suggests optimal engagement opportunities. Additional database responsibilities include receipting gifts, processing and data entry of all donations and grants received and monthly reconciliation with the Fiscal team. This role manages all invoicing and vendor payments for the team and generates and mails monthly donor acknowledgement letters and other donor communications as requested.
The Development and Database Manager reports to the Director of Development and collaborates with their team members, the Senior Executive Committee (SEC), program leadership, the human resources department, board members, current supporters and volunteers to identify and fulfill the material and financial needs of the affiliated organization through the full range of development activities.
This position offers a full-time, 35-hour-per-week, hybrid work schedule and is based in Little Flower's Wading River or Brooklyn office. The role requires periodic travel across Long Island and New York City. At times, this role requires attending fundraising events outside of regularly scheduled work hours.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Jewish Boards licensed outpatient mental health Counseling Centers located throughout NYC provides services to all New Yorkers and age groups from young children to adolescents and adults. The clinics offer a full spectrum of services to address mental health needs related to trauma, depression, anxiety, domestic violence, substance abuse, and social isolation as well as other emotional health issues.
The Clinical Supervisor is a member of the program's leadership team and is primarily responsibility for implementation and oversight of new/innovative clinical services or models of care and clinical supervision and professional development of licensed staff. Additionally, this position is responsible for ensuring clients receive timely access to quality clinical services; overseeing administrative functions to support program operations; and ensuring program compliance with federal, state, and city regulatory bodies and funding entities.
KEY ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Clinical Services
Responsible for development and oversight of new clinical services or models of care to effectively meet the clinical needs of the individuals/families and communities we serve as well as ensuring clients have timely access to quality clinical care. Duties are as follows:
• Identify gaps in clinical services at the program level and develop potential solutions to fill the gap
• Lead the implementation of evidence based treatment or have direct oversite and responsibility for innovative models of care, in partnership with JB training department and/or external agencies
• ensure clients have timely access to care by ensuring admissions and discharges are completed in a timely manner, assigning cases in a timely manner and ensuring clinicians have adequate case load sizes to minimize clients' wait for services
• Monitor show rates and appointment availability
• Provide direct services to clients, as needed, including intakes and crisis interventions
• Supervision of crisis intervention services
• Other clinical duties as assigned
Responsible for ensuring quality clinical services are provided as follows:
• Implementation of quality improvement initiatives
• Participate in quality assurance activities such as chart reviews and utilization management
• Provide individual and group supervision to program staff
• Integrate recovery, rehabilitation, treatment and vocational components of the program, as appropriate.
• Monitor and follow up on program incidents.
Personnel
Responsible for ensuring appropriate staffing to support clinical care and evaluating staff performance. Duties include the following:
• Participating in hiring and orienting of new staff
• Timely completion of performance appraisals and appropriately addressing performance concerns
• Conducting or participating in staff training and development
• Monitoring staff attendance and vacation scheduling to ensure program coverage
• Supervising staff, as appropriate to licensure
• Planning and participating in other program activities.
Administrative Functions and Program Operations
As part of the leadership team, responsible for ensuring program operations are conducted efficiently; the program remains in compliance with relevant regulatory entities, and is fiscally viable. Duties are as follows:
• facilitate team meetings, case conferences, and other meetings as assigned
• ensure program and staff are in compliance with regulations and standards of care that govern the program
• utilize a variety of electronic databases to monitor billing and address any fiscal or billing issues that arise
• as part of program management, identify and develop systems to improve program operations
• may serve as back up to other program leadership, assuming responsibility for operations in their absence.
• Other administrative duties as assigned.
CORE COMPETENCIES for the position include:

Care Coordinators link children who have chronic medical or behavioral health conditions to the services they need to stay as healthy as possible and avoid unnecessary trips to the emergency room. Care coordinators encourage the clients (members) they serve to use those services to optimize their health outcomes. Care Coordinators link children who have chronic medical or behavioral health conditions to the services they need to stay as healthy as possible and avoid unnecessary trips to the emergency room. Care coordinators encourage the clients (members) they serve to use those services to optimize their health outcomes. Working in a team setting and primarily in the field, Care Coordinators assess risks and needs, develop person centered care plans, track and arrange appointments, educate members and coordinate other aspects of members' health and community services. As this is an evolving program, additional responsibilities will be added.
KEY ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Integration of medical, specialized and behavioral health services in addition to social support and/or educational support services
• Periodic assessment of a member's medical and behavioral health needs as well as their compliance with recommended treatments

Summary Job Description: The Development and Database Manager will manage development efforts that generate revenue for Little Flower Children and Family Services of New York and its affiliate, St. John's Residence for Boys. This role will manage intake, tracking and request fulfillment of in-kind donations for the affiliated organization, lead holiday gift efforts, and oversee specialized giving programs, including memorial and special intention gifts and the organization's Support Squad initiative for recurring donors. The manager will partner with fellow Strategy, Development and Communications team members to identify and achieve a variety of development objectives.
This role manages the team's donor database, Virtuous, and is the accounting and recordkeeping lead. This position is responsible for assigning next steps to the Development team based on donor activity and data insights, including recommending outreach, stewardship touchpoints, communications, and thank-you actions when gifts are received or when data suggests optimal engagement opportunities. Additional database responsibilities include receipting gifts, processing and data entry of all donations and grants received and monthly reconciliation with the Fiscal team. This role manages all invoicing and vendor payments for the team and generates and mails monthly donor acknowledgement letters and other donor communications as requested.
The Development and Database Manager reports to the Director of Development and collaborates with their team members, the Senior Executive Committee (SEC), program leadership, the human resources department, board members, current supporters and volunteers to identify and fulfill the material and financial needs of the affiliated organization through the full range of development activities.
This position offers a full-time, 35-hour-per-week, hybrid work schedule and is based in Little Flower's Wading River or Brooklyn office. The role requires periodic travel across Long Island and New York City. At times, this role requires attending fundraising events outside of regularly scheduled work hours.
