SCOPE: • Reports to Food Service Coordinator and/or Park Supervisors • Prepare and sell food and drinks in a fast paced environment while delivering great customer service RESPONSIBILITIES: • Maintain a professional and mature attitude with regard to patrons, co-workers and supervisors. • Help to ensure a well-run facility in a clean, safe and attractive environment. • Enforce park rules in a fair and consistent matter. • Prepare and sell food when in the concession stand. • Clean the entire inside of the concession stand, including the equipment. Maintain a clean exterior, including litter, spills, garbage and overall appearance of the facility. • Maintain an orderly system of supplies, taking inventory as required. • Attend all staff meetings. • May be required to perform other duties as designated by Food Service Coordinator or CERA Management. Qualifications • Must be 16 years of age with reliable transportation Must have good working relationship with full and part-time employees. • Must possess a neat and professional appearance appropriate for a food service environment and maintain proper CERA dress code. • Must be available to work evenings and weekends and holidays as required. • May be required to work long hours during peak periods. • Good organizational communication skills. • Must be able to lift 20lbs and able to work in the outdoor temperatures.
