Check ticket spitters and gates daily for proper operations, ticket supply, accuracy of time on clock and general appearance.
Provide ticket and record gate counters to the Manager.
Keep an inventory of janitorial supplies.
Maintain a garage/lot sweep sheet.
Operate automatic sweepers, scrubbers, outdoor equipment such as weed eater, lawnmowers or other electrical tools to repair or construct items, as applicable.
Shovel, plow or blow snow from the entrance or exit ramps and in areas designated by the Facility Manager using shovels, snow blowers and other light duty equipment.

Home Plate Center is seeking a new Part-time Mobility Specialist.
Hours vary and will include days, evenings and weekends

As a Mobility Specialist, you are the front-line representative of Metropolis Parking, serving as the face of our technology-driven parking experience. You will assist customers in navigating and enrolling in Metropolis' parking technology while delivering courteous, professional service. This role requires stamina, attention to detail, and a strong customer-first mindset in a fast-paced environment.
Mobility Specialists also play a key role in ensuring compliance with parking policies, maintaining lot and garage conditions, and supporting the overall operations of Metropolis facilities. What you'll do
Greet and assist guests in parking lots and garages, providing professional and friendly service
Educate customers on Metropolis parking technology and assist with enrollment as needed
Promote positive customer relationships by consistently delivering excellent customer service
Respond to customer questions and concerns confidently and courteously
Patrol assigned parking lots and garages to identify vehicles without proper payment or authorization
Issue parking violations in accordance with company policies
Document violations using company-provided mobile devices, including photo documentation
Maintain the cleanliness of parking lots, garages, and common areas
Identify and report debris, spills, hazards, or maintenance issues promptly
Sweep floors, collect trash, and empty trash receptacles as needed
Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks, including cleaning, washing, oil changes, and minor upkeep
Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Observe all safety protocols at all times
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications

Responsibilities
Basic Function - Ensure that appropriate number of cars is kept on location throughout shift, cars are being parked in an appropriate fashion and the lot is kept clean and presentable.
Direct incoming customers to available parking spaces.
Count vehicles on location throughout shift, as needed.
Write and issue violation warnings to tenants and visitors that violate garage policies.
Patrol transient and reserved parking levels on foot or in customized motor carts, if applicable.
Provide assistance to customers that have forgotten where they parked their vehicle.
Responsible for being at work every scheduled day, on time and in uniform.
Courteously assist Customers by answering any questions they may have. If necessary, direct the Customer to the Facility Manager for further assistance.
Control traffic at entrances and exits as needed.
Assist in the maintenance and repair of parking equipment and any general maintenance tasks as directed by the Facility Manager.
Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the Facility Manager.
Communicate debris, water, oil spills and etc. to garage office.
Substitute for Valets when necessary, if authorized.
Have a thorough knowledge of all areas of the garage, thorough knowledge of the major streets, landmarks and freeways in the area of the garage.
Assist Facility Manager with other duties as needed.
