Throughout his 25 years in healthcare Chris has studied and labored as a student of leadership, developing a variety of capabilities and skills. Prior to becoming Chief Executive Officer of Concierge Home Care, Chris served as Chief Operating Officer of Jordan Health Services, one of the largest home care providers offering a unique continuum of care, including home health, hospice, and personal care services. Prior to Jordan, he served in executive leadership positions within the pharmacy benefits management, dialysis, pharmaceutical services, and biotech markets. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience across healthcare with a deep understanding of operations, patient care and growth. Chris’s track record includes consistent growth and value creation for shareholders, as well as recognitions for quality, innovation and employee culture, including Fortune’s Most Admired Companies list and multiple Top Workplace awards. Chris lives in Tampa, Florida with his wife Debi and their two sons. They love spending time together as a family, investing in one another, and growing in wisdom and grace.

James Spriggs is a home care specialist with over a decade of successful experience starting, growing, and managing companies. James specializes in Sales and growth strategies. He has worked with three of the four publicly traded companies as a consultant for growth. He is a strong believer in the power of positive thinking in the workplace and business. James regularly develops sales and business development campaigns to assist companies with effective and measurable outcomes.

Linda Murphy, RN, BSN, COS-C, CDP, RN-BC is currently the COO of Concierge Home Care, a regional home health care consortium. Linda has been in the Healthcare Arena since 1987. She started her career at The University of Florida as an Emergency Room Charge Nurse for 15 years. Linda discovered Home Health Care as a field nurse in 2003 and the true difference you can make taking care of someone in their home. She spent the next 12 years working for Almost Family, a large publicly traded Home Health Care Company. She assumed Directorship of a small agency in Gainesville, Fl where she was able to develop and implement many programs that bridged gaps in care as she saw them including an In-home Palliative Care and Oncology Program. Linda continued to expand her leadership role and in 2015 was responsible for Sales and Operations of 31 offices throughout the Florida Market. In June of 2015, Linda had the opportunity to apply all that she had learned in the post-acute arena as the CEO of Concierge Home Care. Currently, CHC has offices throughout Florida. CHC has in a short 4 years become one of the largest providers in all the areas that they service. Their reputation as innovators and delivery of quality outcomes has allowed them partnerships with all their local hospitals as preferred providers. Linda has been involved with multiple bundling projects, ACO’s, and initiated several pilot programs that have yielded reduced re-hospitalization rates while optimizing symptom management. She has been published multiple times and spoken on behalf of Home Health Quality Improvements National Campaign for best practices to improve Patient Outcomes. Linda lives on a horse farm with her husband, Chris of 32 years. She is the mother of four amazing boys and proclaims to live her life to the fullest each and every day.
