Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate speech, language, and swallowing conditions. Develop personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans in collaboration with patients and caregivers. Deliver therapy based on physician orders and care plans under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Services or Clinical Manager. Qualifications: Active and unencumbered Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of practice (required). Medicare OASIS documentation proficiency (required).
