Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate speech, language, and swallowing conditions. Develop personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans in collaboration with patients and caregivers. Deliver therapy based on physician orders and care plans under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Services or Clinical Manager. Educate patients and caregivers on strategies to improve communication and swallowing function. Qualifications: Active and unencumbered Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of practice (required). Medicare OASIS documentation proficiency (required). Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance (required). Two years of experience in speech therapy (preferred).
