Your role as a Home Hospital Registered Nurse (RN)
As a Home Hospital RN, you'll bring exceptional care directly to patients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and heal safely. This position is unique and doesn't require the Medicare OASIS documentation. This specialized division within our agency primarily provides patients with higher acuity treatments and education surrounding more acute complications such as:
TPN administration
Chest tubes
Lab Draws

Your Role as an Occupational Therapist Assistant:
Travel to patients' homes to provide occupational therapy services that support their recovery and independence.
Deliver therapy as outlined in the physician's orders and plan of care, under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist and the Director of Clinical Services or Clinical Manager.
Assist patients in achieving their therapy goals through intermittent visits tailored to their needs.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program (accredited by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education).
Certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy, Inc.
Licensed or otherwise regulated as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state(s) of practice, as applicable.
Two years of experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (preferred).
Valid driver's license, auto insurance, reliable transportation (required)

Your role as a Home Hospital Registered Nurse (RN)
As a Home Hospital RN, you'll bring exceptional care directly to patients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and heal safely. This position is unique and doesn't require the Medicare OASIS documentation. This specialized division within our agency primarily provides patients with higher acuity treatments and education surrounding more acute complications such as:
TPN administration
Chest tubes
Lab Draws
IV Therapy/Maintenance
Wound vacs/wound care
Post-surgical rehabilitation
Respiratory care

Qualifications:
