I worked at Hilton garden inn hotel, originally for White Lodging, concord bought the property. They were a good company with good ethics. Unfortunately the pandemic caused a reduction in employment.

Not much, except they will as any big company place profit margins before anything. Loosing touch with the "family orientated" work environment.

The benefits are nice. Luckily our hotel was doing better then any surrounding hotels and most in the same category. We we're competing against big time 4-5 start hotels so our introduction with concord was without any reduction or changes to our schedules.
